The closed-loop lab safety system for independent clinics.

We help independent practices prevent the silent risk of missed abnormal labs — by integrating a clinical intelligence layer into your EHR, automating follow-up, and making sure every result is tracked to resolution.

Why Solafya exists

Abnormal lab results get missed. In high-volume outpatient settings, follow-up responsibility becomes fragmented — between the ordering clinician, the front desk, and the patient — and the gaps cost patients real outcomes.

We started Solafya because the clinics we cared about most — independent practices — didn't have the workflow infrastructure that big hospitals took for granted. Manual systems break down at scale. We built LabWatch to close the gap with structure, not heroics.

Our approach

We believe clinical technology should:

Strengthen workflow reliability

Lab follow-up shouldn't rely on memory. Every abnormal result has a documented owner, a follow-up plan, and a closed loop.

Reduce administrative burden

Staff time should go back to patient care — not to chasing labs across spreadsheets, sticky notes, and inboxes.

Enhance — not replace — clinical judgment

Every AI suggestion is labeled, cited, and physician-reviewed. Clinicians decide. We make sure they have what they need to decide well.

LabWatch operates quietly inside the systems you already use — giving you visibility and follow-through, not another dashboard to check.

Focused on independent practices

Big health systems have dedicated workflow teams, IT departments, and quality officers. Independent practices often don't.

We built Solafya for the practices that do the most clinical work with the least operational support — the practices that hold the line on primary care without hospital-scale infrastructure to back them up.

Our clinical advisors

Two practicing physicians help shape Solafya — reviewing workflows, product decisions, and clinical content from the inside of real clinical practice.
